Wanted to give you a update on the Winter Wildlands Alliance suit. The Idaho State Snowmoblie Assoc. & BRC have filed for and been granted intervener status in this lawsuit on behalf of snowmobilers. Right know we are preparing or briefs. I will let know more as it developes. Powder Prince

Oral arguments in the WWA v. USFS case are scheduled for Wednesday, November 14th at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom #7 at the federal courthouse in Boise.
