Picked up a deck
 Picked up a deck today. Next is a new (er) truck. Deck is really nice. Now I need to figure out a good way to anchor it to deck. The tie down brackets are rather cheesy on trucks these days. Pic of the kid standing on it.

Currently it's in with a few tie down straps. I needed to get it home. Kid is going to bring home some large aluminium plate for under the box.

You guys/gals with decks, what are you using to get a dead or damaged sled up on the deck. I am looking at a winch currently. When using the winch, how are you keeping the cable off the deck or crossmembers. Don't want to chew this thing up before it's a year old.
We had to load a dead sled last weekend. Luckily it was a 340 fan cooled.
