Was there 2 weeks ago it was crappy near the road but great snow way back in the hills. I would be hitting it up again this weekend if the snow to the south wasnt so good.

Looking at heading there on Thursday right when the storm is supposed to clear. I had some feed back from some guys that were driving up the other day that there may have been at least a foot of fresh on the ground when they came through.

511.alaska.gov was saying 18 inches through there yesterday, and the web cams were showing decent snow. Still some small stuff poking through on the highway, but should be good farther back or in the trees

Went riding yesterday, the days are numbered as far as getting in there. We parked at 194 or so. First in last out, the only way to ride. .
We went way back in there found some good snow, 4ft on average when probed. Some wind blown up high. We would find rocks every so often, but the snow was nice carving snow. right after this last storm. The creeks are starting to open up.
There were a few Avalanches while we were there so stay off the steep slopes. I left a few deep trenches for someone to find, let me know if you do.
The snow was so good that we had a 154 and 163 get stuck many times. Well worth the trip. Pictures to follow.

Also found a belt from someone right near the parking area. let me know if you want it back.
